Neelanjona Neela announces marriage to Kawsar Mahmud

Actress Neelanjona Neela has announced her marriage on Eid day (yesterday). She shared the news on her Facebook account at noon, posting several photos with her husband. In the caption, she wrote, “I am delighted to share that Kawsar Mahmud and I were united in marriage on February 6, 2026 in a family ceremony.”

In her post, Neela further added, “After a long period of acquaintance and mutual understanding, with the consent of both families, we have begun a new chapter of our lives. The ceremony was held in an intimate, family setting with a limited attendance. We seek everyone’s prayers, love, and good wishes for our new journey, so that our future may be filled with mutual respect, trust, and peace.”

Former Lux superstar contestant Neela made her film debut with “Gohin Baluchar”, directed by Badrul Anam Saud. After seven years, she returned to cinemas in 2024 with “Shyama Kabya”, also helmed by the same filmmaker.
