Impolite attitude of embassy officials

Impolite attitude of embassy officials

I have been living in the UK since 2005 and I have visited the Bangladesh high commission in London several times. When I was in Bangladesh, I used to visit various government offices for various reasons, but what I received from the officials was rude manners.
Unfortunately, I have experienced the same behaviour and rude attitude towards visitors in London's Bangladesh high commission. England is the country where people respect each other and behave politely. Why don't our high commission officials adapt to this and forget their old odd manners?
One more thing, our flag in the Bangladesh high commission is so dirty that it seems it has never been washed or changed in last 2 to 5 years. Not only that, it is also frayed and torn. Our flag represents our country and I'm sure, looking at the condition of the flag, one would feel pity for us.
