Is the law too slow?

Nur Hossain's involvement in the Narayanganj's seven murder case raised a lot of questions that must be answered. It is truly disgusting that RAB officials could stoop so low. They should be given exemplary punishment. It is also very astonishing and shameful how most criminals manage to 'go into hiding' successfully when their crimes are disclosed. Is the law too slow?
