Isolating cricket underdogs!

It is clear that India, Australia and England are the big brothers of cricket. They are trying to improve cricket.  But what kind of improvement is it? Do they want to isolate other countries? India is one step ahead. India itself is going to make another ICC. There is no doubt that none but India will be isolated.
