It's not expected of Mushfiq

During the last match between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, if only Mushfiq had a slip fielder, at least 3 catches could have been taken. Despite seeing the ball being edged and going past the keeper, he did not bring in a slip fielder and was just too defensive instead of going on the attack. Is this what we expect from him in the 2014 T20 WC? If this is so, then just maybe, it is time for a new captain.
