Kudos to Tahmima Anam

Heartiest congratulations to Tahmima Anam, a Bangladeshi-British writer, on her being shortlisted for the Sunday Times EFG Short Story Award. She was shortlisted for her story titled “Anwar Gets Everything”. 'A Golden Age' and 'The Good Muslim' -- the two novels written by Tahmima -- have rightly portrayed the true picture of the Liberation War of Bangladesh. Only a few books have been written in English on our Liberation struggle and definitely Tahmima's journey towards making significant contribution in this domain will glorify the nation.
