Letter to the mayor of Chittagong

I am writing this from the road as I am driving to your city from Dhaka. The traffic management from Mirersarai to Chittagong gate needs your immediate attention. Road work is going on and hence some disruption in traffic movement is acceptable, but there exists a 'might is right' situation, devoid of any civilised traffic management system.
Sir, this is your city, whether the geographical location concerned is within your jurisdiction or not, I don't know, but I do know that unless you take urgent steps, it's going to be a full chaos.
I have tried to e-mail you this letter from the Dhaka-Chittagong highway after being stuck on the road for 12 hours. But your official e-mail collected from the city corporation website is invalid. I hope you will take immediate drastic steps to coordinate the traffic management system and road work at the earliest.
