Baking is becoming increasingly popular as a hobby, thanks to the programs and websites dealing exclusively with baking delectable treats, ranging from surprisingly simple sweets to confusingly complex concoctions. We have all tried our hand in the kitchen, to some degree or another, and no matter how miserably we fail and end up making cakes that crumble instantly or cookies that forever remain in a state of mush, we can always try and cover up the flaws by decorating them. Rosanna Pansino takes decoration to another level, and for all you nerdy bakers out there, this channel is something you definitely want to check out.

Almost all of her videos are entitled “Nerdy Nummies,” and she specialises on using easy recipes to create nerdilicious desserts. Ranging from Star Trek cookies to Breaking Bad glass candy, there is very little that she hasn't done in the area of nerdy treats. Her recipes are quite simple and flexible; she puts links to all of the essentials she uses in her videos, so for the ambitious ones out there, you can order the supplies online if you want to.
Rosanna is quite the nerd herself, and in recent episodes has even gone to the trouble of dressing up to be in character with the desserts she is dishing out. Her dishes are more based on decorating than actual baking itself, and she gets creative with regular ingredients. She is fun, quirky and quite messy. For the boys out there, she doesn't look half bad. Her videos are interspersed with jokes and “oops” moments, and she occasionally gets her friends to help her out in her videos, which leads to bigger and funnier messes. The end results are always surprisingly good, though, and you will definitely want to give some of her recipes a try.
