One held with forged notes

Police arrested one person along with fake notes at Miaerbazar in Sadar Dakshin upazila yesterday. Arrestee Md Amanullah,38, is son of Salimullah of Dumoria village of the upazila. A police team led by ASI Abu Taher raided Amanullah's house and recovered fake notes of Tk 500 and 100 denominations worth Tk 8,000 from his possession. Police said, Amanullah might be linked to human trafficking and gangs involved in fake money trading.
