Poor library
A few days ago I went to Chittagong Public Library, searching for some books on American literature, Shakespeare, linguistics, etc. I couldn't find any book not even in the entries in the catalog. It surprised me and I went to see the book shelf(?). Still, I didn't find anything noteworthy.
When will things improve in our libraries?
