Insensitive VIPs
We are living in such a country where for a single person thousands of people have to remain stuck! These are those VIPs who don't care about the public in general. School goers, office goers even patients in the ambulance have to suffer a lot.
I think they don't know how terrible traffic jam is! So, they are not at all aware of our problems.
