Death penalty
I am referring to the letter published in The Daily Star dated on February 3, 2010 by Mr. Tayeb Husain from Lund, Sweden.
I don't agree with him as he opposed the death penalty, whatever crime an offender may have committed. He also commented, “It is inhuman, uncivilized and unacceptable by any human norm.”
I just want to say that when an offender is involved in a crime like murder, he or she did something inhuman and uncivilized.
Death penalty is the ultimate punishment that any criminal gets.
This is not inhuman and uncivilized, rather those who say that criminals should not get such punishment are being soft for no good reason.
