Boy crushed under truck in Ctg

A minor boy was killed as a truck ran him over at Sagorika industrial area in the port city yesterday. The victim was identified as Rajib, 13, son of Mohammad Ruhul Amin, of Chairman Colony in the area. Witnesses said the wheat-laden truck hit the boy while he was crossing the road in front of Taher Foods Industry at around 5:00pm. Angry locals set fire to the truck. They also caught the driver and handed him over to police. Fire fighters rushed to the spot and put out the fire.
