Computer education programme launched
The Modern Language Institute of the Dhaka University (DU) yesterday launched a 'Computer Education Programme'.
Vice Chancellor Prof AAMS Arefin Siddique inaugurated the programme. Institute Director Prof Abdur Rahim, Prof Mansur Musa and Golap Munir of Computer Jagat were present on the occasion.
Speaking as the chief guest, Prof Arefin Siddique said the programme would provide an opportunity for the students to learn computer technology.
Computer is a very useful tool to learn languages, he said.
Computer Jagat handed over 10 computers to the VC for the programme.
