Dr Ibrahim re-elected NGO Fed chair

Dr Muhammad Ibrahim, chairman of Centre for Mass Education in Science, has been re-elected as NGO Federation Chair in its biennial election held on July 10, says a press release. AHM Nouman, executive director of DORP and Abul Haseeb Khan, director of RIC have been elected as vice-chairs while SN Kairy, director finance of Brac, as treasurer. The new members of the federation's national executive board are -- SMA Rashid, Zakir Hossain, Tapan Kumar Karmakar, Iqbal Ahmed, Musbah Alim, MA Quader and Azharul Islam.
