Seminar on digital library

University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh in cooperation with Elsevier, a non- governmental organisation, yesterday organised a seminar on "University forum on digital libraries" at a city hotel. Chairman of UGC Prof Dr Nazrul Islam inaugurated the seminar as the chief guest. Analysis of the global trends in improving research outputs and university rankings were discussed in the seminar. UGC members Prof Amena Begum, Prof Atful Hye Shibly and UGC Secretary Md Khaled were present on the occasion.
