Buddhist community will today celebrate Prabarana Purnima, the 2nd largest festival of the community, across the country with much enthusiasm, solemn devotion and traditional festivity.
Prabarana Purnima, also known as Ashvini Purnima, is observed during full moon in the month of Ashvin.
