Five doctors suspended

The health and family welfare ministry has suspended five doctors for unauthorised absent from their workplaces and decided to file departmental cases against them. They are assistant surgeon Dr Enayet Ullah, medical officer Dr Sazzad Hossain, Dr Shaila Sharmin and Dr Anika Newar Sadia of Upazila Health Complex, Bhuapur of Tangail and Junior consultant (ENT) Dr Mostafa Kamal of Gazipur Sadar Hospital. The ministry on Monday issued five notices to take the action against the doctors.
