Anti-tobacco signature campaign held
A mass signature collection programme on anti-tobacco campaign was held in front of Daffodil International University campus in the city yesterday.
Daffodil International University, United Nations Information Centre (UNIC), Dhaka, and Management and Resource Development Initiative (MRDI) jointly organised the programme as part of their anti tobacco campaign on "World Tobacco Free Day-2011", says a press release.
Prof Dr Lutfar Rahman, vice-chancellor of the university inaugurated the campaign.
