Book on hearing-impaired launched
Education of hearing-impaired people should be ensured to reach the goal of ensuring education for all, said speakers yesterday at a book launching ceremony.
The book titled “Hearing-impair: Causes, Remedy and Development Assistant” was launched at Institute of Education and Research (IER) in Dhaka University (DU) with Vice Chancellor Prof AAMS Arefin Siddique as the chief guest.
The book's authors are late Associate Prof Dr Nirafat Anam of IER special education department, Associate Prof Mohammad Tarik Ahsan and part-time lecturer Nasima.
