Summer session begins at IUB
Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) organised an orientation programme yesterday on its permanent campus at Bashundhara in the city for the newly admitted students of the summer 2011 session.
At the programme Prof M Omar Rahman, vice-chancellor (In-charge) of the university, said the distinctive nature of IUB education, which places importance of professional education on the foundation of cross-disciplinary liberal arts curricula. He assured the students that IUB would do everything for ensuring their dreams come true.
