Muggers kill man, snatch vehicle
A gang of muggers stabbed to death an auto-rickshaw driver and snatched away his CNG-run auto-rickshaw at Shakharia of Sadar upazila on Thursday night.
The deceased was identified as Ibraim Khalil, 32.
Police said the muggers in guise of passengers hired Khalil's auto-rickshaw from Shibganj and stabbed him to death and fled away with the auto-rickshaw.
Police recovered the body from a paddy field in Shakharia area of Sadar upazila yesterday.
