Teacher or butcher!

I was appalled to hear the news on Channel-i just a couple of days back regarding the physical torture by a teacher of Dhaka Ideal School & College, Banasree Branch, Dhaka. The victim, a student of class four, told the TV reporter about this beast. The butcher teacher beat her with a bunch of scales and broke her hand; she is now under treatment in a city hospital. I strongly appreciate the government's respective ministry for taking instant action against the so-called teacher and dismissing him from his service. Also the education secretary has assured that the concerned department will take legal action against him. Needless to say, an act has been passed against corporal punishment in the educational institutions, yet a few notorious teachers torture the innocent school kids!
