Hearing on charge framing against Hashem on July 5
The hearing on charge framing against Partex Group Chairman MA Hashem and seven others will be held on July 5 in a tax evasion case.
Judge Mohammad Zohurul Haque of the Senior Special Judge's Court yesterday fixed the date yesterday after the accused appeared before his court and appealed to fix a date for hearing a charge framing in the case.
The seven others include Hashem's wife Sultana Hashem, his five sons Aziz-al Kaiser, Aziz-al Mahmud, Aziz-al Masud, Ashfaq Aziz and Shawkat Aziz and Joynal Abedin, general manager (finance and accounts) of the company.
