Four held with 11 stolen bikes
Police arrested four robbers and recovered eleven stolen motorcycles in the port city.
The arrestees are Md Hossain, Abul Kalam, Sani Jubair Rony and Nurul Alam.
Abul Kashem, police commissioner of Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP), at a press conference at CMP headquarters yesterday said police began a drive after receiving a motorcycle theft complaint from a journalist on June 7.
Police said acting on a tip-off, Md Hossain was arrested from Muradpur area and according to his information, others were arrested with the motorcycles from different areas of the city and Chakaria in Cox's Bazar.
