Octogenarian stabbed
An octogenarian was stabbed and critically injured by miscreants over a trifling matter at Kutipara of Puran Bhausia in Munshiganj on Thursday night.
The victim Keramot Ali Bepari, 80, was gossiping when one Ibrahim Pathan exchanged hot talks with him at a tea stall in Lantarbari area.
Later, a group of miscreants led by Ibrahim swooped on his house and stabbed him with sharp weapons.
Locals rescued Keramot Ali and sent him to Gazaria Health Complex.
