SC summer vacation begins today
The Supreme Court goes for a two-week summer vacation today, SC sources said.
Both the Appellate and High Court Divisions of Supreme Court will reopen on July 10 after the vacation.
Chief Justice Md Muzammel Hossain has already constituted some benches for the Appellate and High Court Divisions for hearing and disposing of urgent cases during the vacation.
Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain and Justice M Imman Ali will sit in the chamber bench of Appellate Division, while three division benches and two single benches of High Court Division will perform judicial functions on different days during the vacation.
