Qulkhwani
Qulkhwani of S A Rashid, a former joint secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration and former director of Agrani Bank, will be held at his residence at Concord Emporium, 253/254, Elephant Road in the city after Asr prayers.
Rashid passed away at his residence on Monday due to old age complications at the age of 75, says a press release.
He left behind his wife and four daughters.
He was buried at the city's Azimpur graveyard.
