Train hits human hauler: Another dies
Another person succumbed to injuries at Rajshahi Medical Collage Hospital yesterday in train-human hauler collision in Natore.
The deceased is Riva Begum, 27, wife of Golam Zakaria, of village Barbaria of Lalpur upazila.
Police handed over the body to the family members of the deceased, police said.
Three people were killed and seven others injured as a Chilahati-bound train of Titumir Express rammed a human hauler at Karimpur level crossing in Lalpur upazila on Saturday morning.
Witnesses said the human hauler was crossing the rail track when no gateman was there on duty.
A four-member probe committee was formed, including three additional chief engineers of the railway, to submit a probe report within 24 hours.
