Fake notes, Yaba seized in Ctg
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested a man along with fake notes of Tk 1.34 lakh and 100 Yaba tablets from a hotel at AK Khan intersection under Pahartali Police Station of the port city yesterday.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of Rab 7 raided Silver Palace around 1:00am and arrested Abul Hashem with 306 counterfeit notes and the Yaba tablets.
Shahid Ullah, an accomplice of Hashem, managed to flee the scene, said Rab sources.
