A laudable photograph!
Mollah's front page report, and the poignant photograph taken by Shumon, published in the front page of 5th August, is a humanitarian achievement of your daily. Heartfelt congratulations for what you have done for a poor, helpless and needy child! The photograph resulted in her getting proper treatment.
Surely Shumon has earned 'heavenly reward' in the hereafter, if not any thing else. Your daily's public service oriented articles and photographs have on many occasions moved the authorities to try and take necessary corrective measures.
In this connection, the photograph of the construction worker, with no safety protection published in the back page on the same day (5th. August) reinforces the need for inculcating safety measures in the workplace in the building construction industry!
As a regular reader please accept my thanks for doing what you can for the needy and the ignored! For them you are a real "friend in need, a friend indeed!" Wish your daily good luck and god-speed.
