Youth commits 'suicide'
A young man allegedly committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling in his office room of the CDA residential area of Agrabad in the port city yesterday.
The deceased is Rocky Das, 22, son of Parimal Das, of Tishari of Anwara upazila in Chittagong.
Sources said Rocky, a staff of Ahmed Bhaban of Road No-29 of the area, committed suicide by hanging from a ceiling fan in his office room around 1:30pm when no one was in the room.
Police said they have heard about the incident and a mobile team is on the way to the spot.
