RMG workers demand salary before Eid
Workers of Meher Garments demanded for paying their arrear salary, bonus, overtime allowance and reopen the factory before Eid.
They said this at a press conference at Chittagong Press Club in the port city yesterday.
Worker leaders Abul Kalam Azad, Salah Uddin, Hasan Bahadur and Md Farid Uddin were present at the press conference.
They said if the owners would not want to reopen the factory they should pay all the dues as early as possible.
They urged to stop all kinds of torture on the workers of this factory.
