Biman cuts Eid travel fare
Biman Bangladesh Airlines reduced one-way ticket fare on wide-bodied aircraft of DC-10 and Airbus-310 on Dhaka-Chittagong route by Tk 500 and on Dhaka-Sylhet route by Tk 200 as special offer ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr.
The offer will be effective from today and remain valid till September 10, says a Biman press release yesterday.
With the fare cut, now one-way ticket fare on Dhaka-Chittagong route stands at Tk 3000 and on Dhaka-Sylhet route at Tk 2600. These fares are inclusive of all taxes.
Earlier the fare including taxes was Tk 3,500 on Dhaka-Chittagong route and Tk 2,800 on Dhaka-Sylhet route.
Presently Biman operates some 17 flights in a week on Dhaka-Chittagong route and up to 13 flights on Dhaka-Sylhet route.
