Man's hanging body found in city
Police recovered the hanging body of a young man from his residence at Section No-11 of Mirpur in the city yesterday.
The deceased is identified as Mohammad Farhad, 28, a cable connector, of the area.
Police on information recovered the body after breaking open the door of his flat around 11:00am.
Police suspected that Farhad committed suicide anytime early yesterday.
Police said his wife Suma and his two-year-old child were not in the home at that time as his wife went to her father's house a day after Eid after a feud over family affairs.
Police sent the body to Dhaka Medical College morgue for autopsy.
