Rickshaw puller killed
Police recovered the floating body of a rickshaw puller from a cannel at Velupara village of Ishwardi upazila yesterday.
The victim is Saidul Islam, 40, son of Mokbul Pramanik, of the same area.
Police said Saidul was hacked to death by criminals after snatching his rickshaw.
He went missing since Monday, police added.
The body was sent to Pabna Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
