Hindu devotee electrocuted
A young man was electrocuted at Kinupara Durga Mandir of Gomostapur upazila on Thursday night.
The deceased was Kinu Barman, 35, son of Ramesh Barman, of Kasroil village, of Parbotipur in the upazila.
Quoting witnesses police said the incident occurred when Kinu came in contact with a live electric wire while he was sorting the wire after finishing the Durga Puja around 7:00pm.
