Ataur Rahman Khan Kaisar
Today is the first death anniversary of Ataur Rahman Khan Kaisar, a veteran politician and one of the organisers of the War of Liberation. Kaisar was a presidium member of Bangladesh Awami League and a close aide to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. On the occasion, a doa mahfil will be held at Bangsal Bari Mosque at Chandanpura. Besides, Bangabandhu Sanskritik Charcha Sammilan Parishad will arrange a commemorative meeting at Chittagong Press Club on October 15.
