Woman dies after hit by train
A woman died after being hit by a train near Patgram Railway Station of Patgram upzila in Lalmonirhat yesterday morning.
The deceased was identified as Renu Begum, 44, wife of Sekendar Ali, a resident of Station Para of the upazila's Patgram municipality.
Officer-in-Charge Zohir Pramanik of Government Railway Police Station of Lalmonirhat said Renu was taking a walk by the Lalmonirhat-Burimari rail track after Fazr prayers when a Burimari-bound train hit her.
