Splitting DCC
We have heard that the capital of Bangladesh has been split into two parts to render better services to the city dwellers. It may be a good initiative but why was it done after three years of the ruling party's tenure and on the eve of the DCC polls? Splitting the city is not mandatory to offer better civic services, rather it can create anarchy.
