CJ reconstitutes HC bench
Chief Justice Md Muzammel Hossain yesterday reconstituted powers of a High Court bench, as the Supreme Court will reopen today after a two-week winter vacation, Kabir Ahmed, secretary (High Court Division) of the chief justice said.
The Appellate and High Court Divisions of SC went on vacation on December 18 last year.
During the vacation, two benches of Appellate Division and some benches of the High Court Division heard some urgent matters.
