Syed Nazrul Islam
Syed Nazrul Islam, father of Shafiq Adnan, Kishoreganj district correspondent of the Dainik Kaler Kantha, passed away at his residence on Tuesday night due to old age complications at the age of 75.
He left behind his wife, four sons, one daughter and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
He was buried at his family graveyard at Nayapara village in Karimganj upazila after namaz-e-janaza at local primary school ground yesterday.
President and secretary of Kishoreganj press club condoled the death.
