Attractive textbooks from 2013
All secondary level textbooks will get a new look from next year as the government decided to develop the quality of the textbooks of 2013 academic session.
The cover page of these textbooks will be printed in four colours using thick paper to make the books durable and attractive to the students.
The decision came yesterday at a planning meeting on printing and transporting of textbooks for next year. Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid chaired the meeting held at the ministry's conference room.
The meeting also considered to distribute Bangla Grammar and English Grammar books from class VI-IX free of cost, said meeting sources.
