Prof Mahbub Ullah passes away
Prof Dr Mohammad Mahbub Ullah, vice-chancellor of International Islamic University of Chittagong (IIUC), passed away at Apollo Hospitals in the capital yesterday due to cardiac arrest at the age of 63.
He left behind his wife, one son, two daughters and a host of well-wishers.
He was buried at Banani graveyard in the capital after namaz-e-janaza at Dhanmondi Eidgah Maidan after Asr prayers.
Relatives, friends, colleagues and students are requested to pray for the salvation of the departed soul.
