Another found dead in Botanical Garden
The decomposing body of a man was found yesterday with the same injuries and floating on the same spot in a lake of Botanical Garden in the city where his neighbour's body was found on Wednesday.
Police sent the body, identified as Mohammad Rubel, 20, an electrician of Senpara area in Kafrul, to Dhaka Medical College morgue for autopsy.
On Wednesday, the body of the neighbour, Md Rajib, 20, also an electrician, was found with stab marks on the abdomen and throat.
Rajib quarrelled with Rubel for not repaying money he lent to the latter and the locals last saw the two in front of Rajib's house on Tuesday evening, said Shah Ali Police Station Officer-in-Charge Anisur Rahman.
Police suspect that the two were murdered by the same people.
