Body of girl recovered from Turag
Police yesterday recovered the decomposed body of a girl from the river Turag.
The body, aged around 22, was found floating in the river. It was dumped into the river around 20 days ago, suspected Ziaul Karim, officer-in-charge of Turag Police Station.
He said locals recovered the body around 12:00pm when it got stuck with a pillar of Chandalvog Bridge.
