Prof Komor Uddin
Prof Komor Uddin, a retired teacher and former head of the Department of General History in Satkhira Government College, passed away yesterday due to old age complications at his residence at Katia in Satkhira town. He was 82.
He left behind his wife, three sons, two daughters and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
He was laid to rest at his family graveyard in Katia yesterday afternoon.
The educationist joined Satkhira College in 1960 that was later nationalised in 1980.
The college Principal Prof A K M Wahiuddin, among others, condoled his death.
