Contraband liquor seized, 2 held
Police seized 16 litres of contraband liquor and arrested two persons in this connection in separate drives in the port city yesterday.
The arrestees were Mohammed Abul Hashim, 50, and Mohammed Mohiuddin, 58, hailed from the city's Patenga and Madarbari areas respectively, said a press release.
