Sajeda acts as AL president
Awami League (AL) Presidium Member Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury is acting as the president of the ruling party.
The charge came as the party chief and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is now on a four-day visit to Qatar.
Hasina will return home on April 24.
