Young girl 'jumps to death' under train
An unidentified young girl was killed as a train ran over her at Shibpur near Ullapara station on Wednesday.
Nafir Uddin, assistant sub-inspector of Government Railway Police (GRP) station, said an unidentified young girl jumped under the intercity Dhumketu express train to commit suicide at Shibpur at around 10:30am while it was going to Rajshahi from Dhaka.
Sirajganj GRP sent the body to Sirajganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
